We lived the problem before we built the solution.

Ason was born from extensive, hands-on experience in payroll operations. Our founders built and ran a successful payroll service themselves and experienced first-hand where traditional growth reaches its limits: conventional payroll systems scale through more specialists, not better infrastructure.

So we rebuilt payroll from first principles. We turned expertise traditionally held in individual minds, checklists and manual processes into software. The result is Ason: an API-first payroll engine designed to run inside other products.
